Logo for Women in Microwaves (MTT-S affinity group) that will enhance visibility and appreciation of and mutual support for women in the microwave technology field. The logo should project the dynamic, articulate personality of the group which is a community of colleagues within the larger field of women in engineering. The ideas of connection, career, and conversation should also be expressed in the logo design as much as possible. It should relate comfortably to the MTT-S logo and utilize its established color palette. The logo should also have a timeless quality and be easily applied to slide presentations, event fliers, t-shirts, scarves, stickers, banners, IMS host city specific lapel pins, and other “merch”/“swag” that would likely, but not exclusively appeal to women.
