Chuck Taylor’s Body Shop is the place around the corner from me in Liverpool, NY where I get my dents fixed. Brandon called me last spring to see about getting a logo. His father, who’s name is “Chuck Taylor,” and who started the business, really wanted “Chuck Taylor” sneaker reference. Brandon told me he wanted to use it on shirts for the guys in the back and paper floor mats as well as on business cards and beer glasses. Even though, he told me what he and his Dad wanted, I showed him a couple of other options.
Option A is the design he asked me for.
Option B uses the star from the sneaker logo and symbolizes all-star excellence.
Option C was my favorite, but Option A won.
